All items carry a 7-day defective-replacement guarantee. Within the 7-day
period, you may return the item for Replacement or Store Credit. We only offer Replacement or Store Credit, we do not refund
payments or incurred shipping charges. No Returns Accepted after 7 days.In case of any disputes, customers are solely
responsible for charge back and collection fee.
II. Shipping:
Shipping charges are not refundable in any situation. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Gizmos2Go.com, including defective products.
Similar to a walk-in store, Best Buy will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, Gizmos2Go.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.
III. Software:
Opened or Registered
Software is not accepted for Replacement or Store Credit.
IV. Hardware:
After the 7-day guarantee period, you may only return the hardware for
replacement within the warranty period.

Demo Package: 90-Day Warranty.
Refurbished Package: 90-Day Warranty.
V. Store Credit:
Store credit is issued in the form of Gizmos2Go Gift Certificate. Your Gift Certificate is issued electronically to your email.
Selecting Gift Certificate as payment method and input the assigned Gift
Certificate ID during check out will allow you to spend your store credit.
VI. Typographical and Listing Errors:
At Gizmos2Go.com , we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Gizmos2Go.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.
