Trade-In Procedures
1. The device MUST be in working condition for a valid Trade-In

2. Your Total Trade-In Value equals "Trade-In Base Value" and "Trade-In Condition Value"

3. Select "Trade-In Base Value"
The price next to the product are the base value you will receive for that specific model.

4. Select "Trade-In Condition Value"
Depending on the condition of your PDA, Gizmos2Go will offer you different pricings for the Trade-In.
The "Add" and "Deduct" percentages are added or deducted from your Trade-In Base Value.
The percentages are multiplied to our existing selling demo package(*D) value on www.Gizmos2Go.com.
If the specified model is not currently listed on www.Gizmos2Go.com, you will receive $0-$100 Trade-In Condition Value depending on model and market value.

5. You must agree to Gizmos2Go Trade-In Policies

6. Enter the address information where the payment is sent

7. Submit the informtion

8. You will be notified if your Trade-In has been accepted or not thru email by one of our staff within 72 hours, then further shipping instructions will be emailed to you.

Trade-In Policies
1. You are responsible for removing any and all data and information of any kind that may be
on any devices you are submitting for the Trade-In program. Any data or files left on your
device may be accessible to others if the data is not erased. Check the manufacture website
on instructions on how to remove your data and information. Gizmos2Go shall not be held
responsible for any data or information left in any devices received.

2. Gizmos2Go cannot and does not guarantee that it will be able to honor any request for
return of the product and/or any data or information contrained in said product.
In most cases, product can not be returned.

3.You must own the right, title, and interest in any and all items you seek to sell through
Gizmos2Go Trade-In Program. Such items, or the sale and shipment of such items,
must not violate any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations
including export laws. You are responsible for complying with any and all such laws.
Any items you seek to sell through the Gizmos2Go Trade-In program shall not infringe on
third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents,
trade secrets or other proprietary rights) and shall not be counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent.

4. Upon receipt of your products, Gizmos2Go will perform an inspection and run several tests
to ensure the product received is as described and is in working condition. If the product's
condition differs materially from that which you described, Gizmos2Go reserves the right
to re-price your transaction quote using the same condition parameters oringinally available
to you. You agree to state product conditions accurately and to the best of your ability.

5. Gizmos2Go is not responsible for any damages during shipping, you are responsible for
packaging the product securely during shipment transfers. Gizmos2Go shall not be responsible
for resolving any claims with any courier.

6. If the deviced received by Gizmos2Go is not in the condition you stated, Gizmos2Go will
contact you directly to discuss the product's condition and renegotiate the Trade-In Value.
If your current product(s) were received and throught the inspection process, it was
determined that the product condition was misrepresented by you, and there is no trade value,
Gizmos2Go reserves the right to charge you a recycling fee for the disposition of this
product and labors charges for the inspection. If the product can be returned to you,
you will be reponsible for any and all associated shipping and handling charges.

7. If your product is not in condition to be refurbished and resold, Gizmos2Go will be solely
responsible for ensuring that this product is recycled in accordance with applicable
Environmental Protection Agency regulations but will reserve the right to charge you
a recycling fee.

8. Gizmos2Go makes every efford to ensure the accuracy of all information that you receive
in relation to your traded product(s). In the event of typographical errors, technical
inaccuracies, or product pricing errors or omissions, Gizmos2Go reserves the right to
correct the error.

9. The Trade-In Condition Value changes on daily basis to reflect rapid market changes,
your Trade-In Condition Value will be calculated on the date Gizmos2Go calculates your
Trade-In Condition Value.

10. Gizmos2Go will, within sixty (60) days of receipt and acceptance of your product,
send you a Trade-In payment based on the Total Trade-In Value. In order to receive your
Trade-In payment, Gizmos2Go must first receive and accept your traded product.
